    I really enjoyed the article. As a mother, I know how hard it is to make time for yourself with a newborn but just take little steps to begin a regular exercise program. Patience is a key factor when trying to lose the baby-fat, you did not get it overnight and you definitley will not lose it overnight either. Great tips for any new mother.
